Returns Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight imperfections and variations are to be expected. These subtle flaws add to the charm of one of a kind clothing. It is our promise to never sell items with mistakes that impact the function or wear-ability of our pieces.

However, if you have a problem with any of your purchases please contact us immediately, and we are happy to help! We accept returns within 30 days of you, the customer, receiving the item.

Simply email us at hifithreads@gmail.com with your reason for returning, and we will begin the process.

You will then ship the item back to us. You will be refunded your initial purchase total when we receive the item and have checked its condition. We will only give refunds on unworn or lightly worn items.

In the case of an error with the product we will refund the price/shipping of the item, or offer you an exchange / replacement item. We will require photos to prove the error is on our behave and not from customer mis uses or mistreatment.

Exchanges can be done if your item is in good condition and unworn (except for trying on).

Exchanges due to preference of fit, style, colour etc will all be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. You may exchange for any item in stock, or have the design remade to your measurements. Due to the limited nature of our clothing we may be unable to recreate a design with the exact same fabrics, we will let you know your options at the time you contact us.

You will ship your original item back to us, when we receive it and in sure the condition is acceptable, we will ship your new item. You may reserve your new selection in advance. The customer will pay return shipping and the price difference between the original and exchange item if applicable.
